本公司在水蓮山莊提供商旅房屋短期租賃使用，已有10年服務經驗。 有1~3房可供選擇，房屋除了提供全套家具家電使用外，也提供棉被枕頭床單，及廚房烹飪器具及餐具，並提供無線電視頻道及無限上網。 短期租賃最短為期五天。 水蓮山莊從上午6：10分起，有固定班次開往東湖捷運站，交通便利。 收費標準如下：

In Lotus Hill, we have service apartments for short term lease. In the apartment, except fully set of furniture, we provide kitchen ware and TV Cable and Internet services (do not provide computer).
