本公司在水蓮山莊有六間全配屋，提供給需要台北公寓短期租賃房屋的人使用。 有1~3房可供選擇，房屋除了提供全套家具家電使用外，也提供棉被枕頭床單，及廚房烹飪器具及餐具，並提供無線電視頻道及無限上網。 短期租賃最短為期五天。 收費標準如下：

In Lotus Hill, we have six furnished service apartments for short term lease. In the apartment, except fully set of furniture, we provide kitchen ware and TV Cable and Internet services (do not provide computer).
